    At work, ethical behavior is the legal and moral code guiding employee bahavior. It requires ethical behaviour that drives interactions with others It guides how someone perform job. Business need to set clear guideline for ethical behavior in the workplace and train employees to t those expectations. The which the business are the moral code by which the busines operates. Many organizations have similar areas of focus when it comes to values and ethics.

    These include but aren't limited to honesty, accountability, respect, caring and reliability.

    . Internal Business Practices- Values  and ethics refer to the expectations among employees. These practice apply to both manager/subordinate relationships and co-worker interactions.

    . Protocol To Deal wth Problems- Should problems arise, protocal must be outlined to deal with it. A company's values might dectate the amount of tolerance regarding inapproprite behavior; Where one company may have a series ofb warnings, additional training and support, another company might set hard lines where disciplinary action is swift and often severe.

    . Consumer Interraction with the organizations-  Consumres are affected by how an organizations present itself and its people daily. This often starts with intial conatact with consumers. The way a receptionist answers thw phone at a firm sets the  tone for clients.

    Social Etiquette: One must religiosly demonstrate social responsibility and be a good citizen.

    .Be a productive Member of Society- A good citive in their community. They participate in the sociaol life of their city or town, and they look for ways to make their communities a better place to live. That is, uf they see a problem in their communioty they look for ways to solve it.
